SVG TO DXF

# Privacy and file retention

Your design files are private. Here is what the service stores and why.

## Uploaded files

SVG files and their derived DXF and preview data are stored in private server storage to perform conversions and let you retrieve results. They share an expiry time 24 hours after upload. Downloads and retries do not extend this time. We do not use uploads for training, public display, or product research.

## Access and deletion

Guest access uses a server-issued session; account files require authentication. New server downloads are refused after expiry. You can delete files earlier. Scheduled cleanup removes expired objects, with retry on failure; physical removal can occur after access expiry. We cannot delete copies already downloaded to your own device.

## Accounts and payments

We keep account identifiers and the records needed to manage credits, payments, and abuse prevention separately from design files. Stripe handles payment details when test checkout is enabled. Public live payments are disabled.

## Optional analytics

Optional Google Analytics runs only after you allow it. It records limited interaction data such as language, conversion outcome, and timing ranges. It does not receive file contents, filenames, email addresses, or retrieval credentials. You can withdraw your choice below; conversion remains available.
